Why would anyone need a cool air intake system?  To any gear head that might seem like a silly question, but you have to keep in mind that not everyone knows all there is to know about engines and performance. 

The thing is – in order to get more horsepower and more torque from your engine, better breathing is necessary.  In a nutshell, that means that you need to be able to get more cool air to the engine in order to see gains in performance.
